BODYATTACK 62® SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

© 2008 Les Mills InternationalThe new class is challenging, with some exciting new moves and innovative training tools. And you even get the chance to cut loose and boogie in some of the tracks!

There's a big focus on helping to build sport agility and speed and on teaching great leg technique to prevent knee injuries when jumping or using lateral movements. There are plenty of singalongs to create great atmosphere and to get those energy levels up, and the effort and intensity start to build from the get&go. Look forward to the Ski Jump Combo and the Tuck Jump in the Plyometric Track and free your body – and your mind – with the inspiring Paradise & Dreams in the Running Track.

Then switch your focus to agility training with the relaxed number Mercy. The interval training track is a balance of boogie and hard-core energy to lift the heart rate and intensity, before fitness levels are pushed to the max in the Power Track, singing along to Just Like Paradise. Your mission is to finish on a high after another challenging BODYATTACK® workout that's full of fun.

© 2008 Les Mills International

Welcome to BODYBALANCE™ 42. This class has a wonderful flowing quality and comes together as a complete package that's greater than the sum of its parts. You'll love getting lost in the beautiful music and the huge variety of moves and poses. They provide a challenging workout for the body and soothing, liberating therapy for the mind and spirit.

Moya Brennan's fabulous love theme from the movie The Last Of The Mohicans opens the class, creating a T'ai Chi Warmup that's perfect for bringing you out of your day and into your body.

The Shiva Salutation in the Sun Salutations is an expansive, warming experience where you are fully immersed in breath and movement, and you'll find new alignment in your poses in our Standing Strength Track, performed to a gutsy, lyrical song from the Sugababes' new album. Setting a strong foundation is the key to the challenging, but really rewarding, Balance Track, and a smooth sensual song from Delerium helps you surrender into the Hip Openers.

A highlight comes with the Forward Bends. You'll love the song Sleep from Conjure One, and the flow of the moves. BODYBALANCE™ 42 takes the program to a new space with something for everyone. So get ready for something special!

BODYJAM®
BODYJAM March 1997

BODYJAM 46 ® SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

BIt’s BODYJAM® 46 time and you're gonna go crazy, snapping the Latin Furore with Chayanne, phunking it up with the B.E.P., checking out Tribal Hip Hop with T-Pain, and breaking out mental stylez with The Big Phat Aussie House block. It's a total dance experience with simple moves that you can follow and get right first time.

And then there's combos where you get the basic rhythm and direction, but then you can build your own style over three or four classes. Because – don't forget – BODYJAM™ is a dance program, and the more you dance it, the better you get at it – especially when you turn the lights off and the music up to 11! So think about this when you learn this release: your focus, for the first and second time you teach it, is on perfect technique and BASE/FLAVA Must-Do Cues.

Then you will start to feel more confident and relaxed with the combos. You'll be able to think about what you're feeling, what your body is doing, how to express it in much more detail and getting your class to feel what you feel. Make sense?

Launch your class knowing it's gonna get better and better and crazier and flashier and be just totally awesome, every time, everywhere. So hit the floor party people, it's BODYJAM® 46 the hottest dance class on the planet!

BODYPUMP 67 ® SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

© 2008 Les Mills InternationalBODYPUMP® 67 is another strong and challenging release. This quarter the focus is on communicating the workout factor participants will get from each track. Instructors do this by coaching the specific weight selection, training objective and exercises used. Check out the new take on some old-school bicep training and a new Plank Crunch to challenge the core stabilizers. And watch for the chance to increase your weight selection in several of the tracks so you can get stronger, faster.

The music is a classic BODYPUMP® mix that features Heavy Rock from Finger Eleven in the Chest Track, with E–Type's Eurofighter next up. P!nk is in the house with one of her biggest hits for the Triceps Track, followed by a wild and cheeky Bon Jovi number for the biceps work. So, cruise into the workout in the Warmup and get the feel of the steel with a mix of Deadrows, Wide Rows and Deadrows With Underhand Grip.

Then challenge your legs using a high number of Bottom Half Squats while keeping perfect form. The strong beats of Jan Wayne’s Piece Of My Heart will lift the commitment level of the workout. Enjoy the 'X–factor' in a wicked Shoulder Track and the Plank Crunch that rounds out the workout in the Abdominals Track. BODYPUMP® 67 is an awesome class that'll leave you feeling physically exhausted but emotionally empowered!

BODYSTEP 73 ® SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

© 2008 Les Mills InternationalGet ready for an awesome stepping workout with BODYSTEP® 73. There's a great mix of infectious music that'll get your class moving, singing and sweating. You'll feel all the benefits of strong stepping in this release. The feedback from trial classes was that it definitely delivers on the promise of a great cardio and butt and thigh workout.

The real essence of BODYSTEP® is strongly reflected in a great playlist and, of course, the athleticism of the workout. The highlights just keep coming – from the fun Bootylicious Warmup through to the physical and emotional high you get as you hit the first peak in Track 4, using high or low-impact options.

There's nothing like a screaming diva track to get everyone feeling liberated and working hard, and Queen Of The Night is no exception. Believe me, this song will make you just want to leap and bound to new heights. Watch out for the Mixed Strength Track with The Hitman.

This is a tough track that works the lower body and keeps the cardio rate elevated at the same time. And check out the Nutcracker in the Power Peak Track. It's a great power move which feels strong in this grunty Rock classic, We're Not Gonna To Take It. Use this track to challenge your cardio fitness and improve your hip strength with the lateral training. There's a huge variety in the music and moves to come and you'll finish with a smile on your dial!

BODYVIVE™

BODYVIVE 08 ™ SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

© 2008 Les Mills InternationalBODYVIVE® 8 has a great singalong, feel–good nature that everyone's going to love. The music spans four decades – hits starting in the '80s, moving through to the '90s, then into the 21st century before finishing back in the '70s. And, as always, there's a mix of fresh new moves to challenge and excite regular class members, along with variations on key moves you'll know from past releases.

BODYVIVE® 8 has lots of highlights and there's none bigger than the Dance Cardio Track to the music of Irene Cara and Fame. This is where you get to become part of that vibrant, energetic, young group trying to find a ticket to stardom at the famous New York Performing Arts School. And look forward to the Balance & Leg Strength Track to George Benson's On Broadway.

This is challenging because the song is longer than usual and it has a cool new move for balance called the Fondue Sequence – from fondue, meaning 'to melt'. There's a great Phil Collins track to wrap up the music and the class, which will leave everyone feeling rejuvenated, uplifted and ready for anything!

RPM 40 ® SIZZLER (NEW RELEASE!)

© 2008 Les Mills InternationalRPM® 40 has some great music and is another really intense workout. As always, instructors are key to delivering a life–changing RPM® experience and in this release you get to focus on two things in particular. First, helping riders feel the connection between the cadences and the music. This creates the energy and drama in the class and gives you the feelings of power and joy that comes from riding to the rhythm. Second is getting riders to reach the right level of intensity during the class by coaching them about how hard to work and for how long and how they should be feeling – especially in the short work phases out of the saddle and during recovery in the saddle. Track 1 sets the scene with a cruisy feel.

Set your participants up with the correct riding resistance at the start of the track and then coach them through the three different leg speeds. Track 5 brings a whole new meaning to interval training – it's intense! Watch out for the preparation phase where we slow down our legs, add two big gears and jump hard out of the saddle! Load up your legs and attack hard for maximum intensity.

The Mountain Climb finishes the workout experience by taking you to the heavens above. It's a tough track, with three distinct phases, and you should encourage your riders to feel three levels of intensity working close to maximum effort each time. Check out the great music in this release, with Seal and J Lo getting us started, a singalong Pretenders' song winding things up, and some huge uplifting songs in between.
