SIZZLER RPM 23 Riders prepare for action! This class takes you to your cardio peak and over the top on the back of some go-hard music and varied cycling terrain. The music sets the mood in the opening track, as riders fine-tune their cycling technique. Then it's time to hit the hills and fly on the flats for the next 30 minutes. The new RPM cadence ladder gives members plenty of opportunities in tracks 2, 4 and 6 to hit hard or ease back and build speed, getting ready to attack the racing and sprint phases. Riders start to feel the challenge of RPM 23 through DB Boulevard's Point of View and up their energy commitment for the great re-mix of the early 90's hit What's Up. Ride high on the bike if you need to or settle low to activate the calorie-burning gluteals as much as possible. The intensity increases through the rugged, driving beats of Faster, Harder, Scooter. Then it's option time again for building up or just hammering it throughout - in the Free Spin of track 6. The mountain challenge will have the leg muscles burning and screaming for the finish and relief. And that's just what they get in the stretch. © 2004 Les Mills Asia Pacific - Les Mills International |

SIZZLER RPM 24 Grab a ticket for the ride of your life - this trip takes you straight to cycling heaven. Members will love the great social feel of the class and the energy they get from the group. Instructors, too, will get a blast from teaching the ride and from the support and education resources that come with the new release. These include a session teaching the build-up phase of the RPM "cadence ladder" RPM24 comes with a great mix of sounds, starting off with the driving, orchestral feel of When I Get You Alone in the pack-ride warmup and moving into the cool It's My Life for the first pace track. This is your first chance to ride the cadence ladder - building to full power before pulling back in recovery and preparing to build again. Rolling hills and mixed terrain offer plenty of variety in the early tracks; then it's time to hammer on the flats to All the People in the World and fly to the trancy beats of Kate Ryan's smash hit, Desenchantee. Kickin It Loud inspires an adrenaline pumping mountain climb before the pack cruises home to Drift Away and takes a well earned stretch with Dido's Life For Rent. © 2004 Les Mills Asia Pacific - Les Mills International |

SIZZLER RPM 25 Cycling is hot since the Olympics and the Tour de France and nowhere hotter than in your nearest RPM studio. Team Les Mills has produced another scorching ride to speed you to your fitness goals. Climb aboard your bike and disconnect from the real world as the class warms up to the sounds of the Black Eyed Peas' Let's Get It Started. Use the rhythm to build intensity or attack the ride from the very 'get go'. Head choreographer Mike McSweeney steers the pack to a sizzling pace in the first power challenge, with the cadence ladder offering riders plenty of build, recover and go again. Then cyclists head for the hills and an addictive mix of music and movement that will fill cycling studios from Auckland to Amsterdam. Check out the Ataris' Boys of Summer as riders hit the flats and let DJ Tiesto's Rain Down on Me energise your ultimate calorie-busting surge in the mountain climb. Cyclists ride home together with Peter Andre's Mysterious Girl and take a well-earned stretch to Sheryl Crow's moving take on Rod Stewart's classic The First Cut is the Deepest. © 2004 Les Mills Asia Pacific - Les Mills International |

SIZZLER RPM 26 Bodies and minds come along for the ride as RPM 26 travels to new corners of studio cycling heaven. Great music drives a great workout to deliver RPM's trademark fat-burning and cardiovascular benefits, while riders also explore the "internal ride" as they find their personal cycling zone. Meanwhile, new variations on classic riding positions add further realism to the sensation of a championship cycling experience. Cycling feels like flying in the new "aero racing" position using the central handlebars, while the "hover" spreads more work to the hams, glutes and quads. R. Kelly's Happy People sets the wheels in motion in the warm up before the Sugababes put some pace into the mix with the upbeat Hole in the Head. Then it's time to "find the climb" as the pack heads for the hills. Coldplay adds a new feel to the ride and Zed's take on the old Beach Boys number, Don't Worry Baby, takes the ride to 1960s California. Kadoc's juggernaut Night Train is another highlight in this classic RPM release. As the old RPM saying goes: All aboard! |

SIZZLER RPM 27 An awesome ride and much more besides - this class is full of opportunities to test your stamina, unleash your emotions and enjoy some of the best music around. Great cycling technique is also readily achieveable, thanks to expert choreography and clear cueing for riders. Meanwhile, choreographer Glen Ostergaard has complied a playlist full of variety and contrast to enrich the RPM experience. Glen gets "peleton 27" on the move with an upbeat warm-up to set up the ride - and uses the sweet rythmn of Jamiroquai's Love Foolosophy to pick up the pace in track 2. Riders hook into the pulsing beat of New Sensation to attack the rolling hills and "let the rhythmn rule" with Safri Duo's version of the hugely dynamic Knock on Wood. Billy Idol's Shock to the System drives riders to their ultimate power explosion, flying on the flats and either working to the max or pulling back for a brief recovery. More speed work follows on the RPM cadence ladder before the pack hits the mountain challenge with Drunkenmunky's Yeah! Glen brings the group home to the reggae sound of Ziggely Marley's Three Little Birds and riders enjoy a rewarding stretch with a smooth tune by Kiwi songstress Brooke Fraser. Cycling was never like this! |

SIZZLER RPM 28 Greetings riders! Welcome to the next stage of our magic cycling tour - this time we emphasise diversity in the music and coaching participants to their personal best performance. We should all be helping our members to their most fulfilling experience, while leaving them firmly in control of their feelings and the intensity of their workout. The class is about encouraging great technique on the bike and providing riders with every opportunity to "go hard" or recover. The class warms up with the funky Rasta sound of Hey Mama from The Black Eyed Peas - it's got great beats for connecting with the workout. Then we pick up the pace with Ride It from ex-Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell. Take your riders through the three-speed/cadence phases as we get into the serious work. Young Hearts Run Free is a great singalong sound for the first hill climb, with some Euro-pop from Shapeshifters to follow as we hit the mixed terrain of flats and short climbs. We've got the edgy rap sound of Freestyler to help riders into attack mode - everyone will want to lead the pack in this one. Then it's time to focus on the inner ride with the "trancey" Don't Give Up from Chicane. Rock collides with techno in Runaway for a final, "hard-out" mountain climb. Then take the chance to reflect and recover in a cruisy ride home with Seal and a well-earned stretch to the Bob Dylan classic, Knockin' On Heaven's Door. Enjoy the ride! SIZZLER RPM 29 Filming the new class in an Auckland bicycle shop was a groundbreaking move for the programme and the first offsite filming for any Les Mills' release. The setting also added hugely to the authenticity of the cycling experience and to communicating some of the excitement, cooperation and competition of group riding known to all Tour fans as the peleton. Our riders (an amazing international team from New Zealand, the UK, Portugal, Australia and Japan) loved the sense of working together for a goal, leaving no one behind and completing the mission with a great sense of achievement. They also picked up on our key message of taking the time to coach participants how to ride better, how they should feel during the ride and, above all, how to have a successful and effective RPM experience. The new class warms up to a cruisy track from k-os before picking up the pace with a remix of Fleetwood Mac's Everywhere. Work through the group to the front of the pack, fall into line and pick up the group ahead as they head into the hills to the uplifting sound of Crazy, from Seal. Hitting the mixed terrain has a fun and sassy feel with BodyRockers' I Like The Way - but with heaps of intensity in the short climbs and sprints. Then pick up on the hardcore sound of Kryptonite from 3 Doors Down for your personal Superman time trial. Lose yourself in the trancey, rhythmic Why from DJ Sammy in the free spin and hook up with world-class DJ, Tiesto, as he brings out all the emotion of Barber's classic Adagio For Strings for the ultimate mountain climb. Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten heightens the feelings of reward and achievement in the ride home. Watch out for our bonus track five for the festive season - it's Billy Idol's Yellin' At The Christmas Tree. Ride strong! Dan © 2005 Les Mills Asia Pacific - Les Mills International |

Team dynamics are explored to the full in the new release. Riding as a group lifts the motivational factor of RPM to a new level and demonstrates yet another reason why our programme is making such an impression in clubs worldwide. Great instruction holds the key to this appeal and in the new class we have equipped our pack leaders with more techniques and cues with which to coach participants to their most fulfilling cycling experience. Coaching ensures good technique and connection with the choreography - it's also effective and helpful in indicating how our participants should be feeling at any point in the ride. George Michael gets the class off to a cruisy start before we pick up the pace with the aptly-titled Spin That Wheel and work our team to the front of the peleton. The edgy Voodoo Child from Rogue Traders is where you make your pitch for the king of the mountain's polka dot jersey and Easy Lover helps you deal with a little headwind in the mixed terrain. Shivers from Armin van Buren imparts a haunting feel to the free spin and The Warp Brothers' Going Insane is a 7min 21sec opportunity to explore the absolute top end of your workout commitment. We ride home as a group with Craig David and stretch out to the soothing sounds of UB40's version of Kiss and Say Goodbye. © 2006 Les Mills Asia Pacific - Les Mills International |

SIZZLER RPM 32 Welcome to the new class riders. It’s all about working with resistance because resistance gets results and results is why people come to RPM™! We use the science and principles of work and recovery so everyone can be successful throughout the class – not going too hard, too soon, but timing their workout so they can master the virtual terrain. Instructors play a vital role by coaching good technique in their participants, describing the ride and telling them how they should be feeling at every stage of the journey. As usual, we have some great new music to lighten the load and provide that extra dose of motivation. So join us on this new musical journey as the pack sets off to the sweet sounds of Simply Red’s Something Got Me Started and then open the throttle with Banaramas Move in My Direction. Riders head for the hills with a great remake of the Barbra Streisand classic Woman in Love and the uplifting Bend and Break from Keane. © 2006 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only.) |

Welcome to the new class riders. A new class and a new cycling experience - this class will take you on a journey of discovery and challenge through varied virtual terrain and a diverse mix of musical styles. Riders will also get plenty of opportunity to discover their inner athlete through the mix of work, recovery and resistance that lie at the heart of RPM. Dan and Glen have opted for an upbeat opening to the latest ride, with a fun, catchy song to help establish the connection between body and bike. Then it's time to build the pace with a rock-Latin sound from Shakira with three working intervals to prepare the body for the rest of the ride. A remix of Cindy Laupers Time After Time is a familiar sound with a big, rolling beat to fuel a big effort in and out of the saddle as the pack heads to a huge cardio peak. Then we drop into active recovery with the subtle, smooth rhythm of George Michael's Amazing. The new class hits another sky-high peak with the huge sound of I Want You to Want Me - this is a big physical challenge so hook into the music to ensure success. Riders find some peace with the trancey Inspiration from Ian Van Dahl and then dig deep for that little bit extra with the extended, seven-minute Tiesto mix of Love Comes Again. The ride comes home with a great piece of music from INXS and ends, as always with a satisfying final stretch. © 2006 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only.) |

Music sets the pace in this great new class, where riders work and recover to a diverse mix of rhythm and sound. Teachers can dial back the coaching cues and let the music create the journey and a life-changing fitness experience. There's plenty of opportunity for the athlete to work to their potential- training for that upcoming road race or triathlon- and for the amateur exerciser to burn some calories, get fit and have some fun. The pack sets off to a 70s disco sound from Scissor Sisters and extend their warmup to an upbeat take on the Boney M hit, Daddy Cool. Riders hit the hills ready and willing in track #3 and switch to a mix of flats and climbs to the sweet, motivational sound of Kiwi band, Evermore. A big cover version of the INXS hit, Pretty Vegas, sets the scene for a four-interval training blast; then speed is the key as we fly to the haunting sound of the Canadian songstress Sarah McLachlan. Track #7 is one of our biggest ever in terms of sound and work and riders will love the sweet relief to follow, riding home with Santana and country star Michelle Branch and taking a final stretch with You Give Me Something- the new hit from James Morrison. |
