Welcome to a very special release of Les Mills’ BODYVIVE™! This release marks the program’s fifth year and you’re invited to celebrate along with the BODYVIVE™ team. This release is a bit different: it’s divided into two blocks of work. The first block may be low impact but it’s high on intensity, featuring interval training to boost cardio fitness. The second block is all about functional strength, using your body weight as well as a VIVE™ tube to tone and strengthen. You’ll start by warming up to a classic, Where The Streets Have No Name; here, you’ll limber up your body with Hamstring Curls and Knee Repeaters as you prepare to 'get your groove on’ for the first cardio track, Let’s Dance. This track features a Woodchop sequence combined with Squat Pulses to ensure you work your whole body. Track 6 sees you enter active recovery where you get to stretch out your body and re-center your focus through a series of Forward Folds and Warrior poses. As you enter the Integrated Strength track, the BODYVIVE™ team has a surprise for you! Then it’s time to focus your attention on your hips as you work them to the hot track That’s Not My Name using a VIVE™ tube and a whole lot of willpower to make it through a Leg Extension sequence like no other. Now it’s time for Core and Back tracks where you complete moves that are set to strengthen and tone to get you results where they count! Featuring Hovers, Back Extensions and everyone’s favorite: Pushups © 2010 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only) |

BODYVIVE™ 19 is a dynamic release that kicks off with a disco-tastic Warmup and then launches straight into Pump Up The Jam, where you build heart fitness and strengthen the upper body before unleashing a surprise for the thighs. When the pulsating beats of Feel It start playing it’s time to pull out some dance-inspired cardio and get the party started. Then, after working the room during Move On Up it’s straight into the pure cardio fitness of Track 5’s China Grove. Here a combination of Knee Repeaters, Ponies and the Skater will get your heart pumping. Rock With You sets the scene for a beautiful tai chi and yoga inspired recovery track and then the focus shifts to building strength and stability through the core with a new innovation, The Superman, and some hard hitting lunges. As Track 8’s Queen Of The Night plays the challenging shoulder work begins… What’s more, there’s the opportunity to add in some leg work by stepping out into a deep lunge at the same time. Focusing on the hips and glutes, the Squats, Back Lifts and Side Lifts of Track 9 will help you get you the butt you’ve always wanted. Then it’s time to strengthen the abs and shape the waistline to the R’n’B hit All Night Long. And, just when you thought things were coming to a close… Track 11 introduces a whole new challenge; a series of Bent Over Rows, Lat Pull Downs and Push Ups that will seriously work your back and chest - and get you great results! |

Kicking off into Les Mills' BODYVIVE® 18 you’ll be feeling like a Million Dollar Bill as you set up GREAT POSTURE and prepare for a fun, singalong release with plenty of options. While the second track will lift your heart rate and work the legs, it’s during the swinging sounds of Track 3’s Reet Petite that you’ll get plenty of opportunity to get on your toes, get a little swing in your hips and really work the waist by adding in a twist to the side. Set to the singalong hit You Keep Me Hanging On, the Interactive Cardio of Track 4 combines big strides with some sassy twists that ensure you really work the obliques. This cardio comes to a close with the rock anthem Panama – a strong and aggressive track that is perfect for pulling out your Fighting Knee, squeezing your butt and reaching your cardio peak. Bringing your heart rate down to Never Never Gonna Give You Up you’ll get your breath back with a collection of Tai Chi and Yoga-inspired moves then revisit your obliques doing the Woodchop with the VIVE™ tube. The focus is on functional strength in I’m Outta Love with Tricep Extensions and Bentover Rows, before the work shifts downstairs to the hips and glutes as you push it to the limit to the hit track, More. After a challenging abdominal workout to Hey, Soul Sister, things come to a close with Can’t Take My Eyes Off You – the ideal soundtrack for some peaceful (yet challenging) back work. |

Get ready for a fresh, fun release that samples some of the best music from the past four decades and will leave your class buzzing with the satisfaction of knowing they've completed a really great workout. There are options galore with plenty of accessible moves for your new faces and high–intensity alternatives to challenge your most experienced participants too. We've highlighted the options with one presenter demonstrating the easier moves for beginners throughout the Masterclass. We've also taken your BLAH feedback on board and deliberately choreographed the Dance Cardio to make it a bit less complicated for new participants. The core takes center stage and is the focus of attention for four tracks – including the first Abs Track ever in the history of BODYVIVE® to use the VIVE™ tube. Why did we wait so long, you ask! Track 1 gets us up 'n the groove with some Boogie Oogie Oogie to warm the joints and lift our heart rates. Gloria Estefan then brings a little sexy Latino flava to proceedings with a mighty mash–up of Merengue and Mambo in Track 3's Dance Cardio. Track 4, and it's time to get social as the cardio picks up and we 'face off' on opposite sides of the room – shouting to the top through the Heel Raises as we lift the VIVE™ ball high. After hitting our cardio peak with a Bad Case Of Loving You in Track 5 it's impossible to resist a smile as The Hustle takes us through a relaxing take on Tai Chi inspired by “Kung Fu Panda”. But don't get too comfortable – you've still got Track 9 to go and this is one butt track with bite! Feel that burn and focus on how gorgeous it's gonna make you. Unleash your inner rock star in BODYVIVE™ 12! With music from Lou Bega, Aretha Franklin and Foreigner you’ll definitely have lots of fun while you’re working out! Strike It Up takes you off the gym floor and into the nightclub – ‘90s styles! This nice long warm up will get you into the swing of things and raise the heart rate, ready for the strong leg workout that is Track 2. Your legs are loaded by getting low through the entire track, which will ensure you work your butt and thighs. Feel stylish and sassy in Lou Bega’s Gentlemen before the intensity lifts with Hamstring Curls and Cross Crawls in Track 4. Reach your cardio peak in Track 5 with You Really Got Me – this is your chance to really rock out and show what you’ve got. Seal’s Fly Like An Eagle is perfect for Track 6 where you perform the moves with fluidity and grace – much like you’re flying like an eagle. Track 7 sees the introduction of new move the Arabesque which will really challenge your balance and helps to strengthen the legs. Get ready to use the most challenging move first in Track 8 – it’s a hard track and there’s a new position for the Bicep Curls that works both the front and the back of the bicep. There’s a super simple setup for the Hamstring Curls and Side Leg Lifts in Track 9 before a deceptively intense abdominal track – watch out! New move the Single Leg Scoop really bites. Britney’s back in the Abdominals Track. Circus will motivate you to “show what you can do” with the new Reverse Curl. But wait, there’s more! Finish it all off with a hover with your feet on the bench – it’s harder but brings more benefits... New move the Side Line Arabesque and Scissor in Track 11 is great for back flexibility, strength and total core conditioning and what better song to end the rock-release than rock anthem I Want To Know What Love Is? Rock out with BODYVIVE™ 12! |

lower in the Step Touch and progress the Tap Repeater to Knee Repeater. Track 2 is called Jump but do the opposite –
get low, again focusing on depth in the legs to increase the intensity. You’ll definitely be feeling it in your butt and thighs! © 2009 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only.) |
