This class offers a fresh new step 'feel' with great rhythm changes and a strong focus on options for newer steppers. There's also lots of contrast in the music to drive the workout and deliver a huge feel good dividend for steppers - young and old. Hook into the class with the lyrics to Andrea Anatola's Venus and prepare for a Disco Montego funky feel to get you into the BODYSTEP® groove.

Shake Ya Shimmy is aimed squarely at the butt and thighs and the hard workers will sink lower over the step to really feel the burn. Shuffles come into play in track six and a focus on core stability in track seven is sure to improve your balance. The 'walkover' is a brand new move in track eight - the song for this one is Thalia's It's My Party and the Latino flavor gives the class a real party feel.

This class is a great place to be. It's a 12-track stepping celebration that leaves class members feeling on top of the world.

Our choreography team of Mark Nu'u and Lisa Osborne have packed the class with great new moves and a playlist to blow the roof off.

Instructors are also in for a treat. Training education resources include a 'Position and Placement' session teaching the correct positioning of feet and body.

The highlights in BODYSTEP® 57 come in quick succession as the new class moves from a singalong warmup into Love Revolution and the hi-octane You Make Me Feel. Then Mel C. kicks in with Yeh Yeh Yeh to energise the heart rate and take you to the centre of your cardio training zone.

Power into the new dynamic lunge in Track 7 and the Charlie Brown move in the party track. And watch out for the great new Speed Tap move at the Track 10 peak. These and other new moves add novelty and spice to a class that members will rate as one of our best.

This class is one for the girls - a fun-filled, full-body workout with special recognition for the fairer sex in tracks like S.H.E.'s Red Blooded Woman and the appropriately titled Girls Are Here to Party.

Fittingly role-modelled by the all-girl trio of Lisa Osborne, Ruthie Teina and guest presenter Sarah Robinson, the new release inspires great energy and athleticism among novices and experienced steppers alike.

BODYSTEP® veterans will love the rich diversity in the choreography and newcomers will find the class readily achieveable through the many options available. Choreographers Mark Nu'u and Lisa strike the perfect opening note with the uplifting Superstar and get everyone controlled and balanced in the step warm up track, I'm Right Here.

Voyage 2000's take on Born To Be Alive raises the intensity another notch and steppers climb to their power peak to the big bring-back sound of Cum On Feel the Noize. Turn It Up is a chance to play as the tempo drops for the lower body work in the step recovery track; then it's time to party in response to Koda's irresistible invitation.

Energy levels stay sky-high for speed stepping and reach an even bigger peak with Fighter, before the workout winds down with core conditioning and a well-earned stretch.

Get ready to party! BODYSTEP® has reached the magic milestone of 60 classes and the Les Mills team are celebrating in style.

Choreographers Mark Nu'u and Lisa Osborne have put together a red-hot workout to cap off BODYSTEP®'s 12-year reign as the world's leading step programme.

The team is also offering an added bonus with the milestone class - a range of options for working at different levels of intensity. A very pregnant Lisa Osborne demonstrates the options for expectant mothers, newcomers to BODYSTEP® and others who simply want a low impact, muscle toning workout.

Let's Get It Started is the scene-setting warm-up track for a class that races to its first athletic peak with Randy Friess' driving Proud Mary remix.

New moves come into play as the class switches from cardio to lower body strength work - drop a little deeper if you want to load up the leg muscles. Then steppers climb to a soaring power peak with the bring-back beat of Leader of the Gang.

Gloria Estefan adds a huge dose of party fun with I Just Wanna Be Happy and DJ Denzi's Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy sends the step speedometer off the scale.

Hot in Herre is a fitting selection for our final rocket-powered peak, with steppers finishing off with abdominals and a well-earned cool-down. BODYSTEP® 60 is the ultimate fitness class!

Hi Steppers!

Welcome to the new release - this class has a real "showtime" feel about it, while still providing a full measure of workout energy. In fact, stronger armlines offer not only increased intensity but will also assist with the momentum of stepping on and off the bench.

The new class is all about extending your range of motion and getting full value from the simple moves and uplifting music.

The novelty kicks in at the start, with a hint of rumba providing a fun performance opportunity in the warm-up - Nadia's A Little Bit Of Action is great for connecting with the workout.

Then the real show starts. We start stepping with a great Usher track and bring in a fun "Fan Hands" feature that members will love.

The next track is all about extending the lever length to gradually increase the heart rate; then we refresh the cardio focus at Track 4 with the new Knee Repeater Combo.

Steppers get funky with some old-school MC Hammer sounds before "going for gold" with Danger Crew in the Power Peak - don't forget to ground the foot for more control as you come off the step.

The flavour goes tribal with Justin and moves into pop with the great singalong sounds of 9 To 5. Then feel the Heatwave on the speed step and have fun with the all-new Speed Straddle.

The last peak is a gutsy, top-of-the-pops energy blast for Britney fans, with a couple of great top-20 songs to take us through the conditioning and stretch tracks.

Enjoy!

Mark

Hi Steppers!

The class has a huge wow factor! It's all about energy and fun and a rocket-powered mix of moves and music that will keep your members coming back for more.

We've got some great new moves to play with and all the options you need to keep the whole class up to speed.

A great warm-up gets everyone in the stepping mood and ready for their best workout of the week. Maximum's Tilt Ya Head Back is one of our best opening tracks and a real scene-setter for the action to come.

Check out the new armline to match the lyrics of Usher's cool U-Turn in the step warm-up and have fun with the new triple ricochet move that really warms up the legs.

Then get some attitude and flaunt it big time as you experience the amazing flow of our new Step Orientation Track to a great Jackie 'O' tune, Filthy/Gorgeous.

Time to loosen the knees and hips as we get athletic with a new feature move, the Elvis T-step - your steppers will start to fly as they sing along with Think, a motown classic from OneZeroOne.

The stomp step returns as we ease back on the cardio and shift the focus to the legs and glutes in the mixed strength track. Get low with the new triple squat variation as we rock to a Vinyl Shakerz remix of the classic One Night In Bangkok.

Power up to the second peak with Born To Be Wild, then shift your weight back on to your heels in the step recovery - you'll feel the burn in this one!

Rich Girl from Pure Essence is a great party step track, with speed stepping to follow as we join Rhythmn Twins for River Deep. Then hit the third and final peak with the high-energy, top-of-the-pops singalong, Since U Been Gone. (Christmas Train - Medley is our optional Track 10 for the festive season.)

Time to come back to planet earth with some conditioning work and a groovy cool-down, Lonely No More from Rob Thomas.

Step safe and step strong.
Mark

Get ready to FLY! From New Zealand to the USA and on to Rio. This new class is packed with great singalongs and an upbeat feel to power up your ultimate step workout.

Our musical journey also has a more masculine feel to it this time, adding even more grunt to the motivational effect.

Get It On! is the title and the message of our opening track as steppers connect with the workout and get the muscles in the mood. Then it's time to step in style with the smash hit Pon de Replay - while staying focused on great technique.

Keeping control for the jumps and landings is a key focus in the step athletic track - this is where the heart rate shifts into high gear by using control and full range of movement.

Our cheerleading theme kicks in big-time with Hollerback Girl and goes to the next level with Born In the USA in the power peak.

The killer leg burn in the step recovery track will have you screaming for more, and then let loose and have fun with the new switch curl combo in the party step.

Boys Are Back in Town is a strong, uplifting number for the final peak so fuel up your Harley Davidson and drag race it to the finish line with the gang.

Steppers will love the stability in a new airplane pointer move in the conditioning track and stretching out with Nelly in the cool-down.

Linking the new class to the recommended health target of 10,000 daily steps is a great promotion for BODYSTEP - and a very visible demonstration of its high exercise content. We've counted 5,600 steps in the new release and we're suggesting members get themselves an inexpensive pedometer to check their total and progress towards the 10,000 total. Meanwhile, we've produced a class that early feedback already rates as one of the best ever.

BODYSTEP 64 is a hugely athletic workout with a great mix of classic rock songs and current chart toppers. Start Me Up is an awesome warm-up that taps into the current wave of Rolling Stones fever and gets you moving from the get-go. And the highlights just keep on coming. Check out the jazz-showtime feel in the step orientation, the basketball theme in the mixed strength track (shoot some hoops to Slam Dunk!) and the Mexican cha-cha-cha in the party step.

Southern Light's Great Gosh A'mighty has a fun gospel theme and regular steppers will welcome back the walking hover in the conditioning - it's great for promoting core stability and upper body strength.
