I have decided not to add tracklist times to this site for the time being. I have them but I feel that if I publish them here for the older releases other sites may claim them as their own. I bought the choreography going back to BODYPUMP 21 and the cassettes - CD's etc... they seem to be a private thing for me as I own them.
I have a number of reviews for each release form the old site will place them here this week.
Also sizzlers going back to the early releases, I need to type them out they go back to 2001 or there abouts. I also have a number of archived posters (for some of the older releases) will add them here in time.

Different. Better. Yet still the same. The latest class brings a fresh new feel to the proven Les Mills formula for getting bodies into shape in record time. Great new sounds inspire great commitment to the workout, with new choreography issuing challenges - and rewards - for participants at every level of fitness. Program Director Mike McSweeney gets the new class off to a cracking start with a fast-paced warm-up. Safri Duo's bongo drums impart a real sense of urgency to the opening track. Then it's time for the thighs to feel the burn as participants work with the familiar rhythmn of Run To You to take the squats deeper and wider. Slinkee Minx empowers some hard-out chest work with Summer Rain - there's no escape from the bottom half moves. An awesome back track follows, fuelling strength in the rows and lifts and huge power in the two clean and press phases. Triceps are also in line for a challenge, helped along by the uplifting sounds of Gwen Stefani's What you Waiting For? The clock's "tick tock" is a reminder that time is running out to get busy. Christina Auilera's powerful vocals help everyone nail the bicep track with her hit song Car Wash from the Shark Tale movie. Next up are lunges, with some great shoulder work to follow - watch out for the double dose of pushups and an awesome overhead section at the end. Fatboy Slim brings slows down the tempo for the core work with Steve Miller's cruisy classic The Joker and Mike winds up the class with Sting's super-cool A Thousand Years.
Kia ora everyone! Back To Basics is the name of the warm-up track and it's the theme for the whole class - the new release is all about authenticity, embracing the athleticism of the programme and working hard to get results. We've got some great music for the new class but it's not overpowering. I want to keep the focus on the workout in terms of technique, keeping transition times to a minimum and feeling the full physicality of the programme. Instructors need to cue the back-to-basics message in the warm-up - it's a cruisey sound for openers. Then it's time to hit the quads and set up a great work ethic for the rest of the class. Sweetest Poison is a great song out of Germany for the chest track. Get it right, then get busy with the singles as you work through towards the push-ups at the end. Then make sure your class members "go for gold" in the back track. E Type's Olympia is all power and drama and a really motivating sound. Dips are back in the house for triceps, with the powerful Galvanize from The Chemical Brothers to follow for the biceps. Stay in sync with the music and go slow for fast results. The new lunge track is another peak that really gets the heart pumping after the isolation work in the arms. Stay in control and hunt for a little more depth. Then hit the shoulders with lots of plate work this time. It's achievable - but only just! Optional plate work continues for the abdominals and we've rounded out the class with an awesome cool-down from Krypteria.

The new release warms up with the uplifting Come To Me from Tina Cousins - now is the time to check your posture and technique for the specialist tracks to come.Then we hit the leg muscles for a big calorie burn-up and heart rate raiser. Infernal's From Paris to Berlin is a great tune for inspiring the workout and freeing up those happy endorphins. Push It brings with it some challenging tempo changes in the chest track and you'll need all the recovery you can get in the back track - the four working phases are hard graft. Great sounds from Cascada and Scissor Sisters help everyone nail the triceps and biceps before the Black Eyed Peas remind us what we're here for with Pump It!Check out the double pulse in the lunges and the extra platework in the shoulder track before heading home with the PussycatDolls and an awesome stretch with Il Divo.
Continuous improvement has been a constant hallmark of BODYPUMP and this new class is no exception. It's packed with great new songs and more ways to get the most out of this incredible weights-based workout. A special focus on shoulder alignment will help people engage their muscles more effectively and develop better posture - both during the class and in daily life. A new move combining frontal and lateral raises is fun to do and delivers the goods in shoulder conditioning. Pumpers warm up to upbeat I'll Be Your Light from Kristine W and start to feel the load with Republica's Drop Dead Gorgeous in the squats. Love Shack is an awesome tune for the chest work and Motiv8 do just that with Riding on the Wings in the back track. Great sounds from Pink, Breathe and BodyRockers make the workout fly past, with You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban delivering a well-earned final stretch. This class comes with a strong emphasis on correct technical instruction - providing participants with the guidance they have sought in their feedback - and with plenty of Les Mills' trademark "exertainment" appeal.
