One of the best Rock songs ever – My Sharona in Track 4 drives you to work hard! The Squat Lunge Combo challenges you to get fitter and stronger by pushing you out of your comfort zone!

A strong song for Track 5… awesome lyrics that transfer our bodies into machines. Your body is a machine – keep it moving to stay in peak working condition! Track 6 is all about working together as a team and feeling good… YOU and ME. It’s time to Give Me Everything with BODYATTACK® 75! This release is driven by music that’s high-energy, fun and inspiring – just like BODYATTACK™! Track 2 sees the debut of a new move, the Running Man. This is a first for BODYATTACK® and it will leave you with a big smile on your face while your body finishes warming up, getting you ready for the high-intensity moves that are about to hit! You’ll be Freakin’ Perfect in Track 3 as you let your heart rate peak with a BODYATTACK® favourite, the Superman! Couple this move with some Jumping Jacks and your body won’t know where to send the blood – to your arms or your legs! It’s time for intense Lunges now, and your opportunity to change the shape of your legs. There are options if you need to take things down a notch – we want everyone to do whatever it takes to make it to the end of the class, that’s all!Fitness is something you earn. The Walking Burpee makes a return this release, this time joined by Bottom Half Pushups to make one killer combo to condition your whole body as you complete this strength training sequence. We can promise that you will Sweat through this whole track, just like the song says! If you love baseball, you’ll love Track 7. This track is sports agility training at its most intense and whether you’re a baseball novice or not, you’ll be running to bases, picking up balls and throwing them like you’re a professional in no time. There will be no Fading Like A Flower in Track 8 as you experience a final boost of high-intensity interval training that will help you increase your fitness dramatically. Sprint as fast as you can at the end of the track – the energy of the group will help motivate you, as will the fact that you’re on the stretch to home base and the awesome conditioning tracks that await you. You’ll be on The Edge Of Glory before you know it!

Energy, passion, drive and challenge - BODYATTACK™ 74 has it all! You’ve got 60 minutes to get a sweat up, to give your body and mind a great workout, and to prepare for the Life Of A Superstar. A full-on Aerobic track will have you reaching higher and dropping deeper to get the heart pounding. If you need them, the low-impact options are always there to fall back on. Your legs get an examination with an awesome Lunges/Squats power combo that really loads your legs and guarantees fast results. As the spotlight switches to your upper body, Walking Burpees are an exciting new feature that will shape arms and shoulders like nothing else - except maybe a million Tricep Pushups. You sure weren’t Born This Way, but you’re on the ‘right track’ to a better you! The Running track continues the sporting theme of this release. Drive out of the blocks with Sprint Starts - no false starts now. If you’re heading into winter, here’s a chance to prepare for the mountain. Snowboarding drills will develop leg strength, while side-to-side skiing moves will test lateral agility and speed for zipping down the slopes. Interval training gets you gasping again before reaching a second peak in the Power track. You’ll feel the Grenade go off in your chest - kaboom! Lower body conditioning helps maximize your performance in all other BODYATTACK™ exercises and as the music takes you Higher, you’ll need to sink lower into your work. Then, you’re On The Floor, but it’s not a dance floor. Instead, we attack your core with Leg Extensions, Side Planks and Crunches, before allowing you to reflect on your achievements of the past hour. Well done, team!

This action-packed release will set your hearts racing and drive you to a new level of athletic fitness. Only Girl In The World helps you relax and have fun during the Warmup, and that light-hearted mood carries into the first real working track as you bust out the Dirtee Disco moves for Mixed Impact. As the momentum builds, don’t forget to take options if you need them. Aerobics training encourages you to Raise Your Glass as you raise your heart rate, but you’ll have to really Shake It as Plyometric Lunges send you to your highest peak yet during sport training in Track 4. Then, hit the deck and give us some Pushups, mixed up with a Crab Crawl and Plank & Pointer that will severely test your upper body strength. Again, don’t forget those options ... just don’t bail out! Enjoy the chance to run with your team – round and round, corner to corner ... wherever the music takes you. Track 7 trains you to win on the court, testing your agility through a variety of diagonal, lateral and backward running drills, the Lunge & Catch, and foot speed through the Ladder Run. Stay sharp, stay focused. You “dance on” through interval training, but Are You Ready For This ... High Knee Running and Jumping Jacks develop the power, then Squats and Lunges condition your lower body while taking you Higher. Take it to the floor to work on your core and before you know it, you’re lying in a pool of sweat ... a sure sign you’ve completed another intense workout that provides you with everything you need to achieve on the sports field.

In case you hadn’t noticed – and seriously, how could you miss it? – Lisa Osborne was very pregnant when BODYATTACK™ 72 was filmed. The fact she’s on this release at all is an inspiration to women everywhere, but even the irrepressible Lisa makes some allowances, working low-impact options throughout and showing how to teach this program safely for participants at all levels and conditions. The presenting team shows their support by taking the stage with balls under their shirts, but then it’s straight into business. From the outset, there are plenty of options to choose from, not just low impact. By extending the range of motion in Track 2’s mixed impact, you can also dial up intensity... or take away the arms if the combinations are confusing. Just have some fun, it’s OK! But Track 3 puts the Hammer To The Heart, cranking up an aerobic workout with more than 100 Jumping Jacks. Phew! Then, you’ll have to Move It! in Plyometrics with a new down-up-up-down rhythm to Lunges that will have your legs burning. This is the explosive training so important in any sport. Challenge your class with the Pushups and Stomping Planks (need a name) in Track 5, and then take out the competitive element by stressing fun and technique through the running phase. American football is the featured sport in this release, so Track 7 mixes plenty of foot speed and agility drills with touchdown imagery. Feel the energy levels rise again in Intervals, and then get ready to hit those Jacks one more time as you push Sports and Aerobics components of the BODYATTACK™ 3D essence in the Power Track. Don’t hold back... this is the last chance for your class to work for fitness. Focus on the lower body in Track 10 – those Side Lunges have got to hurt to work – before taking it to the core with a testing Pulse and Extend Combo. You made it, but be warned... by next release, Lisa will be back to her normal shape and there’ll be no slowing her down!

It’s a workout built around the programs 3D approach to aerobic, strength and sport, but with a happy feel that lets everyone have a little fun as well. One Love sets up that ‘one team’ sprint from the warm-up, then track 2 Good Tomes encourages you to ‘leave the worries behind’ and let you hair down. As the beat picks up, the real work begins, with track 4 showcasing a couple of sport specific plyometric moves for the legs – the Skater and the volleyball block action. You’ll have to push through pain nest with a push-up track that challenges the chest, shoulder and core muscles with a new move – a One Armed Overhead Plank. If you’re feeling from that effort, you can run it off with your team-mates to the sing along In My head…this is the race! On my Way builds energy towards the release last aerobics track and inspiration – the head driving, heart – pumping Welcome to the Club. Track 10 is a lower body test that introduces a single legged dead lift with hip extension that pinches the core as well as conditions the legs. By the abs track and cool-down, you will have earned the right to celebrate with Winner and an uplifting Sign of a Victory.

BODYATTACK®70 - MUSIC IS MOVING!

High-octane fun and fitness combine as BODYATTACK® celebrates its 70th release with a line-up of sweat-inducing singalongs, both old and new. All tracks from Track 2 onwards offer low impact options to lighten the load on your body and ensure you keep coming for another 70 BODYATTACK® experiences. Track 1 – Madonna's Like A Prayer – warms up the bodies and the vocal cords for the sport/strength/aerobic workout to come, while the Bad Romance remix in Track 2 brings you back to the here and now as you engage the legs and the hard work begins. Track 3 also has Madonna's fingerprints all over it – a remix of her showdown with Britney Spears on Me Against The Music – and Lisa Osborne introduces a new, exciting 'Bow Tie' running pattern that has you exploring all four corners of the room. Basketball is the featured sport in this release and presenter Bevan James Eyles has you shooting hoops, mixing Power Lunges with a new jumping drill... step in, sideways, fade away, back to the start. Track 5 is all about strength in the chest, shoulders and triceps. You will 'feel it' with a killer upper-body routine that brings in a new move – a Tricep Plank Jump & Walk Feet. Another remixed golden oldie – A-Ha's Take On Me – sees the class take on each other in team running, then you're back into the gym to hone all aspects of your basketball agility, a mix of Lateral Bounces (defense) and Dodge & Pass (offense). The party really hits top gear with the highlight of this release.

Normally one of the toughest sections of any BODYATTACK® class, Track 9 is still hard, but Lisa and Bevan lighten the mood with their hilarious Tina Turner impersonations on Proud Mary, complete with dance moves and a little help from the local Les Mills faithful. Track 10 reminds you how much you love great legs, featuring Squat Jumps and a little Single-Foot Takeoff 'layup' action to continue the basketball theme, before taking it to the floor to strengthen the core and “prepare for the game of life”. Then it's time to reward your effort and support of the BODYATTACK® program by blowing out candles on the anniversary cake!
